Each plan has a 24-hour limit and a weekly limit. Your 24-hour window starts with your first AI request and lasts 24 hours; your weekly window starts the same way and lasts 7 days. Once a limit is reached, AI requests pause until that window resets — the exact time is shown in Settings.
